Justin W. Lee is the founder of Justin W. Lee Consulting and Chief Executive Officer of Paragon Government Solutions, a federal contracting firm he has led since July 2022. He advises operators, executives, and founders across the defense, logistics, and government services sectors on the issues that decide whether companies grow, stall, or fail: compliance and ethics, contract strategy, leadership under pressure, and the discipline required to scale without breaking.
His consulting practice draws on more than two decades inside the federal contracting market, including a career that began in Kuwait during the early years of the Iraq War. Across that span, Lee has accrued more than $92 million in awarded work, stateside and internationally. As a young executive, he helped build and ultimately led Lee Dynamics International, a U.S. military supplier operating across Kuwait and Iraq. The company moved warehousing, weapons storage, water, and life-support contracts at the height of the war, and ended in consequences Lee was held accountable for, served, and has chosen to address openly rather than obscure.
He does not run from that chapter. He built his consulting practice out of it. The questions he wrestled with in the years that followed are the questions he now helps other operators answer before they have to learn them the hard way:

Paragon supports government clients with strategic procurement and acquisition support, contract execution, and logistics services, and Lee leads the firm's strategy, partnerships, and growth.

Lee earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, where he was a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. He is based in the Baltimore–Washington corridor and works with clients nationally.
