Do you take a percentage of contracts won?
No. Contingency fees on federal contracts are prohibited by FAR 3.402 and create the wrong incentives. We bill flat or retainer.
Do you guarantee outcomes?
No serious consultant guarantees outcomes on compliance, strategy, coaching, or turnaround work. We guarantee craft, response time, and the discipline of the engagement itself. Outcomes are a probabilistic function of decisions made under operating pressure, most of which are the client's to make, not ours.
Can you work with my existing compliance officer or strategy team?
Yes, regularly. We embed alongside in-house compliance, BD, and contracts staff. The Strategy Plan defines who owns what so the engagement does not duplicate or undermine internal work.
Is the coaching practice confidential?
Yes. Coaching engagements are private to the executive. Nothing leaves the engagement without the executive's review. The coaching practice is structured separately from compliance or strategy work to keep the boundaries clean.
How fast can you start?
Diagnostic calls usually within five business days. Sprints within 48 hours of an executed scope, faster when the situation is in distress. Retainer onboarding typically two weeks.
What happens if a crisis emerges mid-engagement?
The engagement reshapes. Coaching cadence increases, strategy work pauses if necessary, and turnaround triage takes priority. The retainer scope is built to absorb that without renegotiation, within reason.
